In this course we’ll cover all things related to canopy piloting. We’ll talk about choosing the right gear, setting it up and how to make sure it fits you correctly. We’ll discuss packing techniques, controlling your opening, landing your canopy with accuracy, returning from a long spot, stalling your canopy, different types of flares, using your rear risers, hop ‘n pop etiquette and how to safely continue your progression.

Ewan Cowie Teaches Camera Flying

In this course we’ll talk about specific flying techniques for different disciplines, general photography and editing skills, choosing the right gear and setting it up correctly. We’ll also cover safety issues, advancing your skills, shooting in the tunnel and Ewan will share some tips and advice learned from his own mistakes. Our aim is to give you the tools you need to become the camera flyer who can deliver the shot every time.

We are going to cover a wide range of wingsuit specific topics, starting with pre-wingsuit training and recommendations on coaches and gear setup. Then we'll take you through the basics of your First Flight Course with a separate section on how to progress after your first jump. In this course we will discuss what big-way formation skydiving is and how to do it safely. We’ll go over equipment, aircraft, supplemental oxygen, dirt diving and debrief, exiting the aircraft, approaching the formation, tracking teams, records and more. We will also cover some important big-way terminology and invite you to join some great training opportunities.

In this course we’ll touch on a broad range of topics that make movement jumps safer and more fun.
